We are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales professional to join our sales team. We are seeking a team player who is eager to join a fast-paced, driven, and growth-oriented sales organization. As a sales team member, you will enjoy creating solutions for your clients, managing a large book of business, and working with clients buying or selling a home for a wide variety of reasons.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare for client meetings by conducting market research in advance.
• Win new clients by sharing the team’s value and closing at sales pitches.
• Establish, develop and maintain lasting client relationships throughout the sales process by creating raving fans.
• Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.
• Expedite the resolution of client concerns to maximize the client experience.
• Partner with the team to create or adjust the marketing strategy as needed.

Requirements

• Have a Colorado Real Estate License
• 3+ years of experience in a sales position or in a role requiring contract negotiations.
• Top-notch selling and negotiation skills. Driven to learn and practice new sales skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your client's needs.
• Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales or of meeting ambitious goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• As a Sales Agent, pay is commission only with the potential to earn $150,000 - $200,000+ per year. You can expect to earn $75,000 - $100,000 in your first year.
